Software bugs
After an issue with login profiles on the pc running xmlspy Enterprise edition, there were bugs with the software loading everytime an icon was dgragged on the desktop. I then tried to remove xmlspy and found that there was no uninstall........very annoying. I could not remove the software and had to completely rebuild the pc.
